As the <a title=\"Operations Director of External Development\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juneydijkstra.com\/?page_id=415\/#ea-xdi\">Strategy &#038; Business Innovation Director of External Development<\/a> at <a title=\"EA\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ea.com\/\">EA<\/a>, I support our worldwide teams, franchises and partners with establishing, building and nurturing external relationships. In my spare time, I accidentally founded and direct the <a title=\"Game Production Community Discord\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juneydijkstra.com\/?page_id=49\/#gpc\">Game Production Community Discord<\/a>, a 6.000+ strong community of game industry professionals in leadership, production, project management, product management and affiliated roles.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining EA, I was the <a title=\"Legacy Portfolio Manager\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juneydijkstra.com\/?page_id=415\/#paradoxinteractivelegacyportfoliomanager\">Legacy Portfolio Manager<\/a> at <a title=\"Paradox Interactive\" href=\"https:\/\/paradoxplaza.com\/\">Paradox Interactive<\/a>. I started my career spending a little over 5 years as <a title=\"Lead Producer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juneydijkstra.com\/?page_id=415\/#soedescopublishingleadproducer\">Lead Producer<\/a> at <a title=\"SOEDESCO Publishing\" href=\"https:\/\/www.soedesco.com\/\">SOEDESCO Publishing<\/a>, having joined shortly after graduating from University (BSc. in Computer Science, MSc. in Game &amp; Media Technology) in December 2014.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m always eager to learn about interesting and challenging opportunities and projects.
