The program focused on topics such as Product Intent, Decision Making, Cross-Organisation Collaboration, Leadership, and Self-Leadership. Over the course of the program, I also successfully completed a breakthrough project, preparing a long term high impact business plan for the Legacy Portfolio, my area of responsibility.
